It's important to wear a supportive sports bra when you're a woman on the land. Horse riding, cattle work and other farm jobs are physically demanding and require a well-constructed bra to help prevent shoulder, neck and back tension.

To calculate your bra size:

  1. Use a dressmaker's tape to measure directly under your breasts. Ensure the tape is tight, but not uncomfortable, around your body. This measurement is your under-bust measurement.
  2. Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should not be firm. This is your over bust measurement.
  3. Check your size on the chart below
