Payment Orders paid by cheque or by direct deposit will only be shipped after the cheque or deposit has been cleared in our bank account. Payment by credit card may not be acceptable for all orders, in which case we will contact you to arrange payment by direct deposit. Trading Accounts We welcome our existing account customers to order online. Purchases will only be placed to account on the provision of a company purchase order. All prices on the website are subject to change without notice. We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country Freight & Postage Within Australia most items will be shipped via Australia Post. Postage rates are charged by weight if the order is non-bulky and the item fits inside an Australia post parcel bag. All items will be traceable using either registered post for regular parcels or express post tracking numbers for express post. Bulky items postage will be calculated by volumetric weight, that is the space it occupies. Some items may need to be shipped by an alternative carrier if they are either very large or a hazardous substance that cannot be sent by mail. We will contact you with these details prior to finalizing your purchase. Orders can also be collected from our busines premises or shipped via the customers own freight arrangement.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Please choose products carefully, we are not obliged to refund your money if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice. However we do acknowledge the restrictions of purchasing Online and recognise that it is not always possible to estimate the correct sizing or fit of an item. If you are unsure of the item you wish to purchase please don/'t hesitate to contact us for more information or advice before making your purchase. We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION with all labels attached. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to request a Return Authority. We will reimburse the cost of return postage only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. All exchanges will be charged at our ususal postage rate when returned to you. Under no circumstances will we accept goods returned without a return authority or on a COD basis. they will be returned to you. If you require a refund we will issue credit to your customer account or refund you by the method in which you originally paid. All refunds will be in Australian dollars. Credits Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date and Gift Vouchers for 6 months from issue and will expire without notice after that time. Non-returnable Items Certain items in our range are non-returnable. Books and DVDs are non-returnable unless defective. Items worn or used by animals such as horse rugs or tack which are easily damaged by the animal are not returnable unless defective. Clothing or footwear which has been worn or washed can not be returned unless shown to be defective. Items that are made or ordered especially for you eg Custom made saddles, bridles, boots, hats, etc may not be returned for refund or credit. If we do decide to waive this condition a 50% restocking fee may be deducted. Goods purchased at a reduced price due to a known defect may not be returned due to that defect. Delivery Most orders will be despatched from our retail shop either the day you place your order or the next working day. If a product you order is temporarily out of stock or is an item that will be made especially for you, we will contact you with an estimated availability date before processing your payment to give you the option to cancel or choose an alternative item. Please let us know when you place your order if an item is required by a specific date. If you choose to wait until the item is available we will only charge postage if that item would have incurred additional postage in the first instance. We will only charge your credit card in advance for backordered items if the item is to be especially made or ordered for you.
